Just an Update:
My Girlfriend and I are still dating. We haven't done anything interesting, still no sex, lots of hanging out, talking, etc.
Currently her weight is around 330lbs, not to bad for the amount she eats.

However yesterday it was warm and we went to the beach. She wore a one piece and looked like she'd been stuffed into it. It bulged alarmingly and couldn't contain the jiggling of her butt, breasts, and thighs. Her pale skin tanned slightly through the gallons of sunscreen. The whole beach stared at her massive figure wobbling it's way through the sand. At one point while she lay down she looked so amazing I whispered "You look like a beached whale."
Her reply, and this is very much her personal character, was "Good puns are still bad jokes"
